1. Request your Instagram data from Meta
Open your Instagram account settings and request a copy of your information from Meta. They usually prepare it pretty quickly.
2. Download your followers and following files
Once Meta sends your files, download them and look for the followers and following lists inside the folder.
3. Upload the files into unfollowz
Drop both files into unfollowz and the tool will compare the lists to show who doesn’t follow you back.
